TRAIL BLAZER SS and related SUV are well known in the LS engine community and we offer a cover for them too! The intake to firewall clearance is super tight and factory cover is even shorter than the rest of the OEM ls engine covers. We designed our covers to fit the same as factory with a shorter rear section and only 3 dimple die holes on the side. We also provide billet spacers to clear all the factory wiring and fuel rails on top of the intake.

TBSS intake swaps are very common because of their 90mm throttle body intake size and HP gains without loosing low end.

-(FULL LENGTH INTAKE SIZE) IF YOU HAVE DONE THE POPULAR TBSS INTAKE SWAP AND DO NOT NEED THE SHORTER INTAKE COVER BECAUSE OF FIREWALL CLEARANCES JUST CHOOSE FULL LENGTH OPTION IN THE DROP DOWN MENU. YOU WILL GET THE FULL SIZE GEN 4 INTAKE COVER WITH THE CORRECT SPACERS TO MAKE IT SIT LEVEL AND CLEAR ALL OBSTRUCTIONS 
 
-(ALUMINUM MESH) WE OFFER ALUMINUM MESH BEHIND THE DIMPLE DIE HOLES AS AN OPTION. THIS COMES WITH ALL THE STAINLESS HARDWARE AND CNC CUT MESH SANDED TO A POLISHED LOOK!  WHEN CHOOSING THIS OPTION WE ALSO CNC CUT THE HOLES IN THE EXACT LOCATION FOR A SIMPLE BOLT ON ADDITION!
