COIL COVER SPACING
Our coil covers sit 2" OR 2.5" above the black metal coil bracket that are bolted to the valve covers. (see picture above)
To measure correctly, take a tape measure and place it on the black bracket that the oem coils sit on. Keeping the same angle as the heads, coils and bracket, measure 2.5" in out and ensure you have clearance around anything in your engine bay. We prefer to use 2.5" brackets because they line up with the engine covers perfectly but in some tight areas 2" ones will need to be used.
In some instances the OEM wiring harness runs on the drivers side of the valve cover and will need to be removed from the coil cover bracket, then moved in front of the front coil to clear our brackets.
Please verify and measure you're choosing the correct spacers to ensure you get the right parts the first time
